Dr. Kunpeng Liu received his Ph.D. degree from the
Department of Computer Science, University of Central Florida, in 2022. He is
working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science,
Portland State University. His interests encompass data-centric AI (DCAI),
large language models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning (RL), especially in
efficient fine tuning and effective reasoning of LLMs, with application to big
data problems, including traceable and explainable feature engineering,
reasoning on recommender systems, and spatiotemporal user behavior analysis.
