Pui-Ying Leong received her Medical Doctor Degree in Medicine from Chung Shan Medical University, Taiwan, in 2007, and is now pursuing a PhD in Business at Feng Chia University in Taiwan. She was the Director of Allergy, Immunology, and Rheumatology at Chung Shan University Hospital (2020–2024). In 2025, she was promoted to Director of the Clinical Trial Center at Chung Shan Medical University Hospital. Her research topics mainly include systemic lupus erythematosus, fibromyalgia, psoriasis, connective-tissue diseases, and interstitial lung diseases.
