Professor Mariusz Panczyk is an academic and lecturer in the Department of Education and Research in Health Sciences at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Medical University of Warsaw. With an educational foundation in Pharmaceutical Biochemistry from the Medical University of Lodz, his career spans significant roles, where he applies his expertise in quantitative research methodology and biostatistics. A recognized authority in his field, Prof. Panczyk collaborates with esteemed institutions such as the Medical Research Agency, the National Institute of Public Health—National Institute of Hygiene, the National Agency for Academic Exchange, and the Analysis and Strategy Bureau of the Warsaw City Hall. His contributions are instrumental in shaping the future of epidemiological research in Poland, as evidenced by his co-creation of a strategic development
concept for epidemiological studies for 2023–2033. Moreover, he is a co-author of the methodological framework for monitoring the health status of Warsaw residents, underscoring his commitment to advancing public health initiatives.
