Ren Liao received his M.D. Degree in Clinical Medicine from the Sichuan University in 2008. He worked as Professor and Senior Consultant at the Department of Anesthesia and Operating Center in West China Hospital of Sichuan University. His research topics mainly include orthopedic anesthesia, patient blood management, blood conservation, and regional anesthesia and nerve block.
