I am passionate about understanding and supporting individuals with eating disorders, neurodiversity (including Autism and ADHD), and broader mental health needs. With a BSc and MSc in Psychology from Sigmund Freud University in Vienna and currently attending postgraduate training in clinical psychology, I have built a strong academic foundation focused on evidence-based, person-centered care.
My research has explored topics such as communication tools for eating disorder inpatients, the intersection of binge eating disorder, bulimia nervosa, and neurodiversity, and sensory experiences—all aimed at improving therapeutic interventions and promoting autonomy in care.
Currently, I work as an Assistant Psychologist within the NHS, combining clinical practice with research-driven insights. My goal is to enhance the quality of care for individuals with complex needs, support neurodivergent individuals, and empower those I work with to achieve greater well-being.
