Leyi Shi is a professor at the College of Computer Science
and Technology, China University of Petroleum (East China), Qingdao, China. He
graduated from Nankai University in 2008 with a doctorate in engineering. In
2011, he was a visiting scholar at the University of North Carolina at
Charlotte. He served as the vice dean of the School of Computer Science
(2009–2013), vice chairman of the Qingdao YOCSEF of the Chinese Computer
Society (2013–2015), and founded the Department of Communication Engineering of
China University of Petroleum (1996), the Shandong Provincial ACM Competition
Organizing Committee (2010), and the Shandong Provincial Cyberspace Security
Committee (2015). His research interests are computer networks, information
security, cross-disciplinary research on network technology and military
communication confrontation, artificial intelligence, big data, and game
theory.
