Dr. Yulian Wang is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at Huazhong Agricultural University. She is currently the deputy director and technical director of the National Veterinary Drug Residue Reference Laboratory (Huazhong Agricultural University), the head of Veterinary Drug GLP Quality Control and Veterinary Drug GCP Project of the Veterinary Drug Research Center of Huazhong Agricultural University, a member of the First National Veterinary Drug Residue and Resistance Control Expert Committee, and the director of the Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology Branch of the Chinese Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society. She received her MSc in animal nutrition from the College of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Huazhong Agricultural University (1996) and a PhD in agricultural product processing and storage engineering from Huazhong Agricultural University (2006). She was a visiting scholar at Wageningen University and Research Centre in the Netherlands from September 2013 to September 2014. In recent years, she has been committed to teaching and conducting research in drug residues and food safety.
