Prof. Tung-Ju Wu was appointed associate professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Organization and Human Resources, School of Economics and Management, Harbin Institute of Technology, in July 2019. In 2014, he received a doctorate in business administration from National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan, received the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan, and was honored as a member of the Phi Tao Phi Foundation in Taiwan. In 2015, he was selected into the Talent Introduction Program of Fujian Province in Taiwan. In 2017, he was awarded the title of high-level talent in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. He was a lecturer and associate professor at the School of Business Administration, National Huaqiao University, and is now an associate professor at the School of Economics and Management, Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests include work stress and emotions, digital organizational behavior, Chinese management, and family business research. He has published more than 50 international journal papers and 5 domestic journal papers in related fields. He presided over a National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, a Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Project, the Heilongjiang Natural Science Foundation Outstanding Youth Fund Project (2021 Heilongjiang Outstanding Youth), and other national and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects.
