Dr. Nils Myszkowski is a tenured Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology at Pace University (NY, USA). He holds a PhD in Psychology (2013) from Université Paris Descartes (France). His main research interest is applying and improving psychometric methods to measure and understand individual differences in creativity, aesthetic abilities, cognitive abilities and personality traits. In 2020, he received the Berlyne Award for Outstanding Contributions by an Early Career Scholar from Division 10 of the American Psychological Association, and is the author of "Item response theory for creativity measurement" (Cambridge University Press, 2024).
Dr. Martin Storme is an Associate Professor at the IESEG School of Management at the University of Lille, which
he joined in 2018. He earned an HDR (Psychology) and a PhD (Psychology) from the Paris Descartes University, France, in 2013 and 2018, respectively. He conducts empirical research in individual differences psychology and is interested in various constructs such as creativity, personality, intelligence, and emotional skills.
