Guanjun Bao received his B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from North China Electric Power University, Baoding, China, in 2001 and his Ph.D. degree in mechatronics from Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou, China, in 2006. He is currently a Professor at the College of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University of Technology. His research interests include soft robotics, dexterous hands, and manipulation. He was nominated as a Best Conference Paper Finalist at the IEEE International Conference on Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics in 2021 and 2022.
Guoyuan Liang received his Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2005. After that, he served first as a postdoctoral fellow and then as a research scientist at the University of Iowa in USA. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Center for Intelligent and Biomimetic Systems, Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen, China. His current research fields include computer vision, pattern recognition, data mining, and artificial intelligence.
