Dr. Xiaofang Hu, Ph.D. in Economics and Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia, specializes in consumer behavior, market trends, and sustainable innovation. Her research focuses on consumer demand and perceptions of new energy vehicles (NEVs) and sustainable products, integrating econometric modeling, behavioral economics, and market monitoring. She examines policy interventions, market dynamics, and investment strategies to drive sustainable technology adoption. Passionate about innovative business strategies and overseas investment, she analyzes market dynamics, optimizes operations, and identifies growth opportunities in the evolving new energy sector. With expertise in data analysis and team management, she bridges economic theory with real-world business challenges, fostering sustainability and economic resilience.
Raja Nerina Raja Yusof is an Associate Professor in the School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Studies (double-majoring in Finance and International Business) from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA. She obtained her Master's of Science in Management from UPM and PhD in Management from the University of Otago, New Zealand. Her research interest is in the area of international business management, focusing on multinational corporations, Islamic (halal) business practices, cross-cultural management and international marketing. She teaches Management, International Business, Research Method, and Entrepreneurship courses in the school. In addition, she is currently serving as an Editorial Board Member for several journals and has authored and co-authored books and journal articles in the area of halal management and international business. Raja Nerina has been an active Exco Member of the Case Writing Association of Malaysia (CWAM) since 2011 and has contributed to the coaching and facilitation of teaching case study production in various organizations in Malaysia. She serves as an Associate Editor for the Asian Journal of Case Research (AJCR) and has been actively writing cases for journals and case books.
Zuraina Dato Mansor is an Associate Professor in the School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from International Islamic University, Malaysia; her Master's in Business Administration from Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham, United Kingdom; and her PhD in International
Business from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom. Her research interest is in the area of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Organizational Learning. Additionally, she serves as an Editorial Board Member for a few journals. Zuraina has authored and co-authored many articles in local and international journals, as well as chapters and books in the area of human resource management.
