Carmen Femenia-Ribera holds a PhD in Geodesy and Cartography Engineering. She has been a Lecturer of Cadastre at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), Spain, since 1998. She works in the Department of Cartographic Engineering, Geodesy and Photogrammetry. School of Surveying Engineering. She is the Group Director of Cartographic Coordination in the Land Administration System (CCASAT), focused on Latin America, with Spanish as the main language. She is a specialist in cadastre and land administration. She is responsible for the collaboration protocol of the UPV with the Directorate General for Cadastre (DGC) of Spain. She is a UPV delegate as an observer member of the Comité Permanente del Catastro en Iberoamérica (CPCI). She is a UPV delegate as an academic member of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG). She is a UPV delegate as a member of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM) Academic Network. She is a member of the Asociación Panamericana de Profesionales de Agrimensura y Topografia (APPAT) Academy, and coordinator of the cadastre commission. She is a member of Commission 7 of cadastre and land management of FIG. She is an advisor on cadastre and land administration. She runs the administrator blog "How big is my plot?"
Enric Terol has a PhD in Geodesy and Cartography Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, where he has been teaching since 1999. He was promoted to Associate Professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2003. Enric Terol is a professor of Technical Engineering, Higher Engineering, with bachelor and master studies in subjects attached to the Department Cartographic Engineering, Geodesy and Photogrammetry, mainly related to Geographic
Information Systems and Cartographic Production. Enric Terol's scientific interest is related to the traditional topographic and
geodetic research, but also in the last decade he has developed a growing interest on environmental issues such as changes in topography, soil erosion in agriculture and forest lands, and land administration.
Cristhian Quiza-Neuto is an Environmental Engineer and master's student in Geomatics and Geoinformation Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He is from Colombia. He currently collaborates with the "Coordinación CArtográfica en el Sistema de Administración del Territorio" (CArtographic Coordination in Territory Management Systems) of the Department of Cartographic Engineering, Geodesy and Photogrammetry. Since 2017, he has been working in roles focused mainly on land use planning and environmental management, participating in activities that have a technical base component
