Matejka Letnar completed her Master’s degree at the Faculty of Management. Her Master’s
thesis, titled "The Role of Social Capital in Employability Models," was
awarded as the best student work at the faculty (2018). Professionally, she is
an NPK-certified reflexologist and life and business coach. She also served as
a student tutor for several years.
Dr. Klemen Širok is an associate professor at the
Faculty of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Management, University of
Primorska, Slovenia. He lectures on topics including Communication, Sport
Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Sociology of Work,
and Organizational Behaviour. His research interests span workplace health
promotion, evaluation studies in the labour market, quality assurance in
education, and innovation management. Since 2006, Dr. Širok has participated in
or led more than 25 national and international projects, including over 15
labour market and social policy evaluation studies, where he has served as a
national expert.
