Haihua Zhu is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as an associate professor at the School of Earth Sciences and Technology, Southwest Petroleum University. He earned his Bachelor's degree from China University of Petroleum between September 2005 and June 2009, followed by a Master's degree from the same institution from September 2009 to June 2011, and subsequently obtained his Doctorate from September 2011 to June 2014. From July 2014 to October 2019, he held the position of lecturer at the School of Earth Sciences and Technology, Southwest Petroleum University. Since December 2019, he has been serving as an associate professor at the same university. His research primarily focuses on reservoir geology and shale oil and gas geology. Dr. Zhu has led more than 10 national projects, Sinopec Innovation Consortium, postdoctoral fund projects, and horizontal projects.
