Author Biographies

Christiana Stylianou is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Tourism Management, Hospitality and Entrepreneurship of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), specialising in female entrepreneurship, alternative forms of tourism, and sustainability in tourism. With a diverse background in the hospitality industry, she serves as a guest lecturer for BSc students in Hotel and Tourism Management at the CUT. She also serves as the Training and Business Development Manager at GrantXpert Consulting, where she actively contributes to numerous consulting projects funded by the EU and national programs. Her work focuses on advancing entrepreneurship education, digital skills, employability, and sustainable business models. Additionally, she provides training in small and medium-sized enterprise management. Moreover, Christiana is a part-time tutor at the Business School of UNICAF and collaborates with the University of East London, the University of Suffolk, and Liverpool John Moores University, where she teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
