Pengjie Wang is an Associate Professor at the China Agricultural University, Beijing, China. He gained a Bachelor's and a Master's at Gansu Agricultural University in 2010 and 2013, respectively. He received his Ph.D. at China Agricultural University in 2017. His research directions include nutritional factor delivery vector construction, dairy science and technology, low-fat and low-sugar food development, and food sensory analysis.
