Pilar Sánchez García is an Associate Professor at the University of Valladolid, where
currently conducts lectures on courses in Cyberjournalism within Journalism degree program as
well as in the “Master's Degree Digital Journalism’. Her lines of research
focus on the development of AI in media, multimedia narratives, and teaching
journalism. On these and other topics, she has published fifty articles and book
chapters and participated in some forty conferences. She is part of the ‘New
Trends in Communication’ research group (Gir NUTECO) and has been vice-president
of the European working group TWG ‘Journalism and Communication Education’ at
the Ecrea international association for six years, She has worked as a
a professional journalist for 15 years.
