Wentao Wang is an Associate Professor of Food Science and Engineering at Shandong Agricultural University in Tai'an, Shandong Province, China. He received his Ph.D. in the field of Cereals and Oils and Plant Protein Engineering from Shandong Agricultural University in Tai'an, China, in 2016 under the supervision of Professor Haizhou Dong. He is currently working on the development of grain foods and biodegradable materials.
Cheng Li graduated from Jiangnan University with a degree in Food Science and Engineering. He is a lecturer at the College of Food Science and Engineering, Shandong Agricultural University. His main research areas include grain and oil food processing technology, grain polysaccharide structure and function research and comprehensive utilization of grain by-products. He has presided over the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province and participated in projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the Shandong Provincial Key R&D Program. He has also published many high-level papers in journals such as "Bioresource Technology", "Carbohydrate Polymers" and "Food Chemistry".
