Kai Tang earned a PhD in Microbiology (2019) from IMAU. He is now Lecturer of Life Sciences at IMAU. His work in microbiology has resulted in 12 papers published, and he holds a membership of the Soil Science Society of China. His research interests include biological soil crusts, aerobic anoxygenic phototrophic bacteria and environmental microorganisms.
