Dr Jianfeng Wu is a Deputy Director of the Research Office and Doctoral Supervisor at the National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is the Chief Designer of the comprehensive performance analysis and release subsystem of the national infrastructure high-precision ground-based timing system. He is also the Chairman of the Timing and Time Professional Committee of the China Satellite Navigation and Positioning Association, the Secretary-General of the Timing and Time Professional Committee of the China Satellite Navigation and Positioning Association, and a Member of the National Astronomical Society. He received his MSc in Measuring Technology and Instruments (2006) and PhD in Astrometry and Celestial Mechanics (2010) from the National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He focuses on navigation and positioning methods and technologies, as well as remote time comparison and GNSS data processing.
Dr Kang Wang is a Senior Engineer and Master Supervisor at the National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his BS from Xidian University (2003), and his MSc (2010), and PhD (2015) from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has undertaken several major timekeeping application demonstration system construction tasks, high-precision time and frequency performance evaluation projects, and network delay measurement and evaluation optimization verification projects. The network precision time server he developed was selected for the scientific instruments independently developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2020 and 2021. His research interests include network precision timing technology and high-precision time and frequency synchronization technology.
