Prof. Dr. Tianyou Tao received his bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees from Southeast University in 2013, 2015, and 2018, respectively. In October 2018, he joined the School of Civil Engineering of Southeast University as a lecturer and was promoted to Associate Professor in April 2021. He is also a member of some committees, such as the International Society for Structural Health Monitoring of Intelligent Infrastructure (ISHMII) Youth Committee, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Structural Health Monitoring and Control Committee, and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Fluid Dynamics Committee. His research focuses on wind resistance analysis and the design theory of long-span bridges, intelligent bridge monitoring and performance evaluation, and the efficient simulation and application of multi-dimensional random fields.
