Takeshi Naito received a B.E. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Tokyo Denki University in 2023, where he is currently pursuing an M.E. degree with the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering. His research interests include autonomous network operation technology.
Akira Hirano received an M.S. degree in astrophysics from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 1993. He received a Ph.D. in engineering from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan in 2018. In 1993, he joined NTT Corporation, Kanagawa, Japan, where he worked in research and the development of ultra-high-speed optical communication systems, and multi-layer photonic network design. Since April 2019, he has been a professor at Tokyo Denki University, Tokyo, Japan. He is a fellow of the IEICE.
