José R. García-Martínez (PhD.'22--MC.'16--B.'11) is a researcher at the Faculty of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Universidad Veracruzana. His academic background includes a PhD in Engineering with Honors from the Autonomous University of Querétaro (UAQ), specializing in Intelligent Control Systems; a Master of Science in Instrumentation and Automatic Control from UAQ; and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Universidad Veracruzana. He is a National System of Researchers (SNII) Level 1 member. His research interests focus on Intelligent Control Systems, Fuzzy Systems, Microcontrollers, Motion Control, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Signal Processing.
Alejandro Medina Santiago (PhD.'08--MC'02--B'00) Researcher at the Department of Computer Science, National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics, and Electronics, the academic background is Doctor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Centre for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute; Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Centre for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute; Electronics Engineer from the Technological Institute of Tuxtla Gutierrez.
