Xinghao Zhou received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 2022. He is currently pursuing an M.S. degree in electrical engineering at Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. His current research interests include condition monitoring and junction temperature measuring of wide bandgap semiconductor devices.
Pengju Sun holds a Bachelor’s degree and Ph.D., both from the School of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University, and has been a Professor at the same school since 2018. She also completed her joint training at the University of California, Irvine, from 2009 to 2010. She was awarded the special award of Science and Technology Award from the China Power Supply Society. Her main research interests include power converter condition monitoring and reliability, power semiconductor device reliability, and
grid-connected converter stability.
Kaiwei Li received as B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tianjin Chengjian University, Tianjin, China, in 2017, and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2020. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. His current research interests include the reliability of power electronics systems.
Qingsong Liu received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2022. He is currently working toward an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at the School of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. His research interests include the reliability and modelling of wide bandgap semiconductor devices.
Lan Chen received a B.S. degree in Building Electricity and Intelligence from Chengdu University of Technology, Leshan, China, in 2019, and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chongqing University of Technology, Chongqing, China, in 2022. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with Chongqing University, Chongqing. Her current research interests include the reliability of power electronics systems.
Bo Wang received an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Xiangtan University, Xiangtan, China, in 2024. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at the School of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. His research interests include the reliability of wide bandgap semiconductor devices and power electronics.
