Dr. Lidilia Cruz Rivero is part of the National System of Researchers of CONAHCYT at Level 1. She trained as an Industrial Engineer at the Instituto Tecnológico de Cd. Madero, Tamps., Mexico, achieving the highest average in her class. She completed graduate studies in Administration with a specialization in Industrial Relations, where she was awarded the Magna Cum Laude distinction for her thesis. Her academic work specializes in the development of innovation projects and solving problems in the industrial sector, as well as generating and developing administrative management projects in the areas of marketing and organizational development with social impact.
She is part of the graduate and research area, leading the line of product and process design and improvement, where she has supervised over 20 Master's theses. She has been recognized as a Professor with a Desirable Profile by Prodep continuously since 2010. She is a member of the State Registry of Veracruz Researchers at COVEICYDET and is a member of the National College of Industrial Engineers (CONAII).
