Hongbo He is a Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor at the Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang, China National Field Observation and Research Station of Shenyang Agroecosystems, Shenyang, China. She was an Associate Researcher at this Institute from 2005 to 2011. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Nankai University in 1992 and 1995, respectively, and a Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005. She is mainly engaged in research on the biochemical process of soil carbon and nitrogen transformation and the evaluation and regulation of soil nutrient supply, soil environmental quality and regulation of farmland ecosystems, and the characteristics of soil carbon and nitrogen cycles under global change conditions.
