Siyan Guo received her B.S. degree in Information and Computing Science from the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in 2018. She is working towards a Ph.D. degree in the Department of School of Mathematics and Statistics at Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU). Her research interests include electric vehicles big data, edge computing, and industry intelligence.

Cong Zhao received a PhD degree in computer science and technology from Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU), in 2017. He worked as a research associate with the Imperial College London from 2018 to 2022. He is currently a Professor at the School of Mathematics and Statistics of XJTU. His research interests include scenario-driven distributed intelligent systems and knowledge-enhanced machine learning.
