Klaudia Chrzastek is a Research Assistant Professor at the Georgia State University. She received her PhD in Veterinary Medicine at the Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy we Wrocławiu, and was a visiting PhD student at the Roslin Institute. Prior to her current position, she was a trainee at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), a guest lecturer at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences/Electron Microscopy Lab, Voluntary Deployment during COVID-19 Pandemic (Addenbrooke's Hospital Cambridge UK), and Research and Development Scientist at DNA Electronics (DNAe). From 2022 to 2024, she was a Senior Executive Veterinary Scientist at the Animal and Plant Health Agency. Klaudia Chrzastek is currently an Associate Editor for the Frontiers journals.
