Binbin Jiao received his bachelor’s degree in electronic science and technology from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2003 and his doctorate degree in engineering from the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008. His research interests mainly include microelectromechanical systems, wafer-level packaging, and multi-sensor fusion. He won the first prize for the key technology and industrialization of a compact digital capacitive MEMS three-axis integrated accelerometer in 2022, and the second prize for the development and application of multi-parameter batch testing equipment for typical micro-nano sensors with environmental control function in 2019. He has published nearly 100 papers and applied for more than 70 patents. He is also a standing member of the Intelligent Sensing Functional Materials and Devices Branch of the Chinese Materials Society, a member of the Infrared and Optoelectronic Devices Branch of the Chinese Optical Society, a member of the Micro-Nano Devices and System Technology Branch of the Chinese Instrument Society, and a senior member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.
