Dr. Yihan Zhang is an Associate Professor at the School of Geography and Environmental Economics, Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. He completed his PhD studies in Cartography and Geographic Information Systems Major at the Sun Yat-sen University. He recently led National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 40 papers
in various journals. His teaching disciplines include Geographic Information Systems and Science, Application of GIS, etc., and his interests include geographic simulation, land use changes, and data assimilation.
