Rami Farhat received his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2025. He currently works as an academic researcher at the University of Science and Technology Beijing. His research interests include digital marketing, digital media, and market research.
Qing Yang received his B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in aeronautics and astronautics technology from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 1991, 1996, and 2003, respectively. He is a Professor of Project Management at the School of Economics & Management, the University of Science & Technology Beijing, China. He has prior work experience with an aerospace company and served as a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Industrial Engineering, Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA, USA, in 2010. He currently serves as the International Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Project Management and other journals. His research interests include managing the development process of complex engineering projects, the design structure matrix, and design process modeling.
Mohamed Abdelkhalek Omar Ahmed was born in Aswan, Egypt, in 1990. He received a B.S. in 2011 and a master’s degree in business administration in 2018. He works as an Assistant lecturer at The Higher Institute of E-Commerce Systems, Sohag, Egypt, and from 2020 to the present, he has been a Ph.D. research scholar at School of Economics and Management, University of Science and Technology Beijing, 30 Xueyuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100083, China. His areas of interest are organizational behavior and human resources management.
