Dr. Šola's academic contributions have garnered international recognition, including her selection as a top finalist for the Global Woman Corporate Award in 2021. Notable accolades include the Croatian Women of Influence Award (2019) and inclusion in Hübners "Who is Who in Croatia" (2015), where she was recognized as a leading expert in marketing and neuromarketing. Her professional portfolio encompasses the development of visual identities for municipalities and strategic marketing plans for global corporations. Dr. Šola has authored the "Neuromarketing Armoury" book, published in two languages, and has contributed to over 30 scientific and professional studies in the field of marketing and neuromarketing. In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Šola serves as a permanent expert witness for marketing and intellectual property rights cases at the County Court in Zagreb. Her expertise is frequently sought by media outlets for commentary on relevant topics in her field.  Her research interests encompass consumer behaviour, neuromarketing, strategic artificial intelligence marketing, and the emerging field of nanomarketing.
Dr Fayyaz Hussain Qureshi is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and educator with extensive experience in higher education management, business innovation, and strategic marketing. Dr Qureshi holds diverse academic qualifications, including a BSc., BA., and MA. in English Literature, dual MBA degrees specialising in Marketing and Finance, an MSc in Internet Technologies, and a Doctorate in Marketing. He also holds a postgraduate certification from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School. In addition to that, he studied at various international universities, such as the University of Punjab Pakistan, AIOU Islamabad, Pakistan, Edgehill University, Luton University, Gloucestershire University, Chester University, Cranfield University UK and Gothenburg University, Sweden, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development. With a career spanning several decades, Dr. Qureshi has held key leadership positions in prominent academic institutions. He currently serves as the Head of Research at Oxford Business College and is the Founder and Head of the Oxford Business Innovation and Incubation Centre (OxBIIC). He previously served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Research at Oxford Business College and held roles as Principal at Bedfordian Business School, Vice Principal at the British School of Management Sciences, and MBA dissertation supervisor at the University of Sunderland London Campus.
Prof. Sarwar Khawaja, as the Founder of SK HUB, Chairman of the Executive Board at Oxford Business College, and the Chairman and CEO of Ealing College Upper School, has more than three decades of experience in leading and transforming educational institutions in the UK and abroad. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), as well as a Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, and City University alumnus. Additionally, he is a Distinguished Professor of Practice in Business Administration at Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad.
