Florescu Mihail Cosmin received his Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of New England in 2012, and is now pursuing a PhD in Medical Sciences. He worked as a Lecturer at the IUHW School of Medicine (2016–2022). In 2022, he moved to the University of Tsukuba as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine. His research topics mainly include corpus linguistics, clinical communication, English for Medical Purposes, and language testing.
