Olga Ascue Bautista is a graduate of the Systems Engineering program at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She gained experience in financial data analysis, specifically in the savings and credit cooperative sector, during her internship at the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) in Peru. Her professional experience includes working on projects related to financial data automation and gaining insight into the regulatory frameworks of the banking and insurance sectors. Olga is particularly interested in the application of blockchain technology to enhance data security and operational efficiency, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With a solid background in information systems and a passion for innovation, she aims to contribute to the development of secure digital infrastructures that optimize processes and support decision-making, addressing key challenges faced by organizations in an increasingly digitalized world.

Omar Valle Guzmán is a Peruvian engineer with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and leadership. Graduating with honors in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, he earned a distinction in cybersecurity and was a member of the academic excellence group, ranking in the top 10% of his class. Currently, he works at one of Peru’s largest financial institutions, where he specializes in design operations, ensuring the sustainability and security of processes through innovative technological solutions. Omar began his professional journey as an intern focused on IT management, driving process improvements and managing access controls. He also has experience exploring Web3 and decentralized finance, enriching his expertise in cutting-edge technologies. With a passion for fostering a safer and more transparent digital environment, Omar consistently demonstrates his commitment to leveraging technology for meaningful, secure advancements in the digital landscape.

José Santisteban is a professor at the Faculty of Information Systems Engineering at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). He is a PhD in Systems Engineering and Informatics from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) and has been awarded Awards and Honors. He has recently led Information Technology projects. He has published over 20 papers in various Scopus and Web of Science journals and works as a Renacyt Researcher in Peru and for Research Projects. His teaching disciplines include Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Research and his interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering and Start-up
