Professor Stephen Isbel is an occupational therapy academic with research interests in post stroke rehabilitation, aged care, dementia care, public health and occupational therapy education. He was previously the Discipline Leader of Occupational Therapy at the University of Canberra and held senior clinical positions in ACT Health, primarily in aged care and adult neurological rehabilitation. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Centre for Ageing Research and Translation at the University of Canberra.
