Dr. Silvia Sabatini received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from the Sapienza University of Rome in 2009 and her master's degree in health professions of technical sciences from the Sapienza University of Rome in 2012. She is now pursuing a PhD in health sciences at the UCAM Catholic University of Murcia. She has been working as an adjunct professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia since 2016 and at the University of Rome Tor Vergata since 2021. She served as President of the Italian Society of Oral Hygiene Sciences and is now serving as Vice President of the Advanced Technologies in Oral Hygiene Sciences Academy. She has authored/co-authored 17 papers. Her research topics mainly include: oral hygiene, non-surgical periodontal therapy and non-surgical peri-implant therapy.
