Luis A. Quiñones completed his Ph.D. (Biomedical Science) and postdoctoral fellowship (Molecular Toxicology) at the University of Chile. Luis A. Quiñones is now the head of the Laboratory of Chemical Carcinogenesis and Pharmacogenetics (CQF) in the Department of Basic and Clinical Oncology (DOBC) at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Chile. He also serves as a full professor of the Department of Sciences and Pharmaceutical Technology at the Faculty of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Chile. His research focuses on Clinical and Molecular Pharmacology, Pharmacogenomics, and Toxicogenomics
