Dr. Xiong Zhou holds a master's and doctoral degree from the University of Regina in Canada and has won many awards, including the China National Scholarship for Outstanding Self-funded International Students, the China National Scholarship, and the Dean's Honor Award from the University of Regina in Canada. He is an Assistant Professor at the School of Environment, Beijing Normal University. His main research areas are regional climate simulation, multidimensional stochastic process analysis, climate change impact assessment, and environmental system planning.
