M.Sc. Julian Velazquez holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Technological Institute of Ciudad Victoria and a Master's degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Victoria. His Master's research focused on distributed artificial intelligence with multi-agent systems and their applicability to mobile devices. With extensive experience in information systems development since 2007, M.Sc. Velazquez has led numerous projects utilizing a diverse range of technologies. His expertise includes JSP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, Android, Laravel, and implementation of MVC and REST architectures. This comprehensive skill set has enabled him to develop robust and efficient solutions across various technological platforms.
Dr. Ruben Machucho is a Full Professor at the Polytechnic University of Victoria, located in Tamaulipas, Mexico. He earned his Ph.D. in Sciences with a specialization in Electrical Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) in 2010. Prior to his current position, Dr. Machucho contributed extensively to research and development projects within STEM fields, focusing on Information Technologies, Mechatronics, and Automotive Systems. His primary research interests lie in the application of artificial intelligence to education, autonomous robotics, and precision agriculture. Dr. Machucho is an active member of the Mexican
Federation of Robotics, where he plays a significant role in organizing national events such as the Mexican Robotics Tournament. His work has had a notable impact on advancing robotics and AI applications across
multidisciplinary domains.
He is a Full-Time Professor in the Information Technology Engineering program at Victoria Polytechnic University. He studied Computer Systems Engineering at the Technological Institute of Ciudad Victoria, and received his Master's Degree in Information Systems at the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. He is a Ph.D. Candidate in Knowledge Management and Transfer. His research topic is interactions in information systems. He has been responsible for several information systems projects, having certifications in software development in the Python programming language, UX and IT Project Management, SCRUM, and Sprints.
Hiram Herrera Rivas is a researcher at the Universidad Politécnica de Victoria. He studied Electronics and Communications Engineering at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (2001); he obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management (2004) from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. During his Master's studies, he explored Radio Frequency Identification Systems and their applicability for Automatic Vehicle Identification. He holds a PhD in Knowledge Management from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas (2019). His research topic was Digital Culture. He is Chief of the Amazon AWS Academy and Cisco Networking Academy at the Universidad Politécnica de Victoria.
Jorge-Arturo Hernandez-Almazan was born in Ciudad Mante, Tamaulipas, Mexico, in 1983. He received a B.S. degree in computer systems engineering from the Technological Institute of Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico, in 2006, a Master's degree in computer systems from Da Vinci University, CDMX, Mexico, in 2012, and a Ph.D. in knowledge management and transfer from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, Mexico,
in 2019. He is currently a Full Professor at the Polytechnic University of Victoria. His research interests include knowledge management, interoperability, application of information technologies and big data.
