Education History: B.Sc., Selcuk University, Urban and Regional Planning; M.Sc., Suleyman Demirel University, Urban and Regional Planning; Ph.D., Suleyman Demirel University, Architecture, Planning. and Design. Career History: The author, who completed his graduate and postgraduate education between 2011 and 2024 in Urban and Regional Planning and Architecture, Planning. and Design, is currently continuing his career as a Lecturer at Süleyman Demirel University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning. His area of ​​expertise is Urban Transportation and Mobility Planning. In his national projects and many national/international scientific publications, the author studies the relationship between disaster and urban transportation/mobility. The author, supported by national institutions with success scholarships in his postgraduate life, is an expert in many software/programs related to his field, especially geographic information systems. Research Interests: Urban Transportation Planning, Sustainable Urban Mobility, Regional Planning, Urban Design, Climate Change, Urban Mobility in Disaster and Emergency Situations, Emergency Transportation Action Plan.

Education History: B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D., Suleyman Demirel University, Urban and Regional Planning and Architecture, Planning, and Design. Postdoctoral Researcher, Süleyman Demirel University, Geophysical Engineering. Career History: The author, who completed his graduate and postgraduate education between 2011 and 2024 in Urban and Regional Planning and Architecture, Planning, and Design, currently continues his career as a Lecturer in the Urban and Regional Planning Department of Süleyman Demirel University, and also continues his postdoctoral research in the Geophysical Engineering Department. His area of expertise is Climate Change, Disasters, and Strategic Spatial Planning in terms of Spatial Planning. The author studies the relationship between climate change and disaster in national projects and many national/international scientific publications. In addition, the author has been supported by many scholarships throughout his postgraduate education. Prof. Dr. Erkan Polat: Suleyman Demirel University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Urban and Regional Planning. E-mail: erkanpolat@sdu.edu.tr. Education History: B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D., Gazi University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Urban and Regional Planning. Career History: The author completed his graduate and postgraduate education in Urban and Regional Planning between 1994 and 2002 and continues his career as a Professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Süleyman Demirel University. He started his career at Erciyes University as an Assistant Professor between 2001 and 2004 and continued his career at Süleyman Demirel University with the same title until 2012. He worked as an associate professor between 2012 and 2018 and as a professor after 2018 at the same university. He has expertise in many areas, especially Urban Transportation and Mobility Planning. In addition to his academic and administrative duties, he has over 100 scientific works, primarily books. He currently continues his studies on disaster and climate change.
