Dr. Seung-Yoon Rhee is a professor of organizational behavior at Hongik University in Seoul, Korea. Her educational background includes earning Bachelor's and Master's degrees with honors in Business Administration from Seoul National University, followed by a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. She is the author of 「 Energizer 」, and has contributed articles to leading academic journals on the subjects of emotions, affect, and team processes. Her research efforts have been recognized with awards from organizations such as the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Mae-Kyung, the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration, and the Academy of Management OB Division. Additionally, Dr. Rhee has been honored with teaching excellence and outstanding research awards. She has served on the boards of professional associations, including the Korean Academy of Management and the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration.
