Weibin Liang received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics and communication engineering from Guilin University of Electronic Technology, China, in 2017 and 2020, respectively. He is currently working toward a PhD degree in the School of Information and Communication, Guilin University of Electronic Technology. His research interests include satellite navigation, signal processing, and system control.
Zhongxi He received his B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from Guilin University of Electronic Technology, China, in 2024. He is currently working toward an M.S. degree in the School of Information and Communication, Guilin University of Electronic Technology. His research interests include signal processing and system control.
