Nayara Macêdo Peixoto Araujo is a Professor
of the Superior Magisterium (Assembly) at the Faculty of Food Engineering (FEA)
of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). He earned his Master's and Ph.D. in
Food Science from the Faculty of Food Engineering of the State University of
Campinas (FEA-UNICAMP). He works in the area of Food Science and Technology,
with emphasis on bioaccessibility and bioavailability of Natural Bioactives
(natural bioactive compounds), Functional Foods, Science and Technology of Products
of Animal and Vegetable Origin, Chemistry and Biochemistry of Food and Food
Analysis.
