Dr. Rui Zhou currently serves as an associate researcher at Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Social Science. He is also a member of the Jiusan Society. He received his bachelor's degree in economics from the Department of Economics, School of Economics at Shandong University in 2004 and obtained his master's degree in applied economics from the Department of National Economics, School of Business at Nanjing University in 2008. He completed his doctorate in applied economics from the Department of Quantitative Economics and Technical Economics at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2014. His research interests mainly include economic policy evaluation and simulation, energy and environmental economics, and international economics.
Dr. Bing He currently serves as an associate professor in the School of Business at Jiangsu Ocean University. He received his Bachelor's in the School of Resources at Beijing Normal University in 2014. He obtained his Master's (2016) and completed his PhD (2019) at the Graduate School for International Development and Cooperation at Hiroshima University. His research interests mainly include international development and cooperation, e-commerce, Energy Efficiency, and power factors.
