Zhi Sun completed his Bachelor's in Aircraft Environment and Life Support Engineering, Master's, and Ph.D. in Human-Machine and Environmental Engineering, all from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2010, 2012, and 2018, respectively. He is currently a Lecturer at the College of Civil Aviation of the same university. Dr. Sun was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (2018–2021) and served as an Assistant Researcher at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. His main research areas include Air Traffic Safety, Aviation Emergency Science and Technology, Transportation Planning, Air Delivery Technology, Aircraft Lifesaving Technology, Integrated Environmental Control and Life Support Technology, and Fluid-Solid Coupling Technology.
