Yiqing Su graduated from Tianjin University of Science and Technology, where he received his Bachelor of Economics and Master of Management in 2009 and 2014, respectively. He obtained his Doctor of Management from Renmin University of China in 2017. He also completed his postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University from 2017 to 2019. His research interests include public affairs governance, the 'three rural issues,' land resources management, and food safety governance.
