Dr. Rashid is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at York College, CUNY, combining academic rigor with 19 years of industry experience. He previously led the SCM faculty at Iqra University, Pakistan, showcasing leadership and mentorship. With over 50 publications in top-tier journals, authored books and chapters, and active roles as a session chair and presenter at international conferences, he contributes widely to the SCM community. Dr. Rashid serves on editorial boards, including as Editor-in-Chief, and reviews for multiple journals. He has organized conferences and served on the Publication Committee for the 4th ICBM conference in Malaysia. Recognized for his expertise, he was named a Career Success Fellow by the Centre of Transformation, New York. He is a facilitator for Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and a key participant in CUNY’s AI-driven ACUE initiative. His advisory roles include Seed Funding on Curriculum and NACE Career Competencies and CTLET at York College. Dr. Rashid delivers talks on Global Production and Supply Chain Management, hosts the "Business and Economics Talk" series, and continues to drive innovation in SCM education and practice.
Dr. Rasheed, who holds a Ph.D. in Management from France, is a distinguished faculty member at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York, USA. As a central figure in the field of management, her research spans strategic human resource management, human capital development, stress and social support, organizational culture, leadership roles, diversity management, organizational justice, employee empowerment, psychological capital, performance management, strategic management, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and E-HRM. She expertly utilizes both qualitative and quantitative research methods and is actively engaged in several research projects. In recent months, Dr. Rasheed has published numerous papers in top-tier journals and has also authored a book, contributing significantly to the academic discourse in her field. Beyond her research, she plays a key role in the academic community through her editorial work and rigorous peer review activities, ensuring high standards of research quality.
Dr Amirah is an Associate Professor at the Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia. She has a Ph.D. in Management. Her research interests are Safety, Operations, Supply Chain, Operation Management, and Tourism. Her research on supply chains is well known in the supply chain management circle. Moreover, Dr. Amirah has more than 30 publications in reputable international journals, including Web of Sciences, Scopus, and other international indexing services. Dr. Amirah is a credible reviewer for international journals and conference proceedings. She has also presented papers at international conferences and received different awards. Currently, she holds different research grants and contributes to society and academia.
