Prof. Dr. Pier Paolo Miglietta currently serves as an Associate
Professor at the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences and
Technologies of the University of Salento. He received his Ph.D. in Economics
at the LUM Jean Monnet University in 2016. His main fields of research concern
environmental sustainability and territorial marketing. He has collaborated on
national and international research projects on the management and planning of
economic, natural, and cultural resources.
Prof. Dr. Donatella Porrini (MSc Economics at QMW
London, Ph.D. Economics at Milano University) is an Associate Professor in
Economic Policy at the Department of Economic Science of the University of
Salento. Her research activity includes economic analysis from a legal perspective
and deals with environmental policies, particularly the role of financial and
insurance instruments in sustainability and insurance market efficiency,
focusing on risk classification and discrimination tools. She is a member
of the board of the Italian Association of Law and Economics (SIDE). She has authored textbooks and made
contributions to scientific books and articles in international
journals.
