Prof. Yuxiang Shao is an Associate Researcher at the School of Computer Science, China University of Geosciences. He received a PhD at the China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), majoring in Mineral Resource Prospecting and Exploration, from 2017 to 2019. From 2013 to 2014, he went to East Carolina University in the United States as a visiting scholar. He has led research projects including “Railway Construction Safety Management Information System”, “Operation Revealing Dispatch Command Management Platform” for enterprise and public institution projects, and “Research on Intelligent Auxiliary Technology for Railway Wind and Rain Environment Operation Command”. His research interests are computer science and technology, software engineering, big data, and data warehouse technology.
Prof. Xiang Li is an Associate Researcher and Master's Supervisor at the School of Computer Science, China University of Geosciences. From 2021 to 2023, he served as the Deputy Director of the Xianning Municipal Government Service and Big Data Bureau. He received a PhD at the China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) from 2004 to 2008. From 2009 to 2010, he went to the University of Alabama (USA) as a National public visiting scholar. He has won awards such as the Excellent Surveying and Mapping Engineering Award in 2011, the Second Prize of Geographic Information Technology Progress Award, and the Surveying and Mapping Technology Progress Award. His main projects include multi-objective coordination and optimization research on highway construction, the application of computer vision in highway engineering safety production and key technology research on the framework of an intelligent management platform for a comprehensive pipe gallery, etc. His research interests include deep learning, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
