Ana Laguía, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social and Organizational Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED, Spain). She is a Telecommunications Engineer (UPM) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, as well as a PhD in Psychology, from UNED. Her main lines of research focus on the areas of leadership and entrepreneurship, particularly from a gender perspective.
